Every check includes:

• Remove flyers, newspapers, debris from front entry
• Visual home and property check for damage and leaks
• Visually inspect for pests (interior/exterior)
• Visually check refrigerator and dryer
• Run the washer and dishwasher monthly (rinse cycle)
• Visually check the garage
• Visually check exterior plants and landscaping
• Run all faucets
• Run disposal (garburator)
• Flush all toilets
• Ensure water pails are filled
• Adjust thermostat (if requested)
• Check water softener salt level (add if needed)
• Visually inspect pools, hot tub and water features
• Email with pictures of property. 
• Call and/or email you with anything requiring your attention

Extra Services: 

• Check mail box if requested and forward mail upon request (+15/month)
• Receive deliveries (+30/hr) 
• Meet/greet guests (+30/hr) 
• Start/run vehicles (+25/incident) 
• Take out/bring in trash receptacles (+15/incident) 
• Any additional items upon request  (+30/hr) 
• Arrange for cleaning and maintenance (+30/hr) 
• Supervise cleaning and maintenance (+30/hr)
