Late Cancellations

One of the ways we ensure we keep the best cleaning teams is making sure they stay busy. 

Late cancellations are our biggest challenge to meeting payroll expenses. We understand many cancellations are out of peoples control.

Last minute family and work related emergencies come up. We know some things might be out of your control, and we’ll always be understanding of that.  

However, in order to keep a great cleaning staff, we must pay them for the time spent getting to your location. We do ask for at least a 48 hours notice, if there’s a need to cancel. If we do not receive this notice via email, text, or call, we reserve the right to charge a $50 cancellation fee.  

Please note that the cancellation fee may be charged for reasons outside of requesting a cancellation with proper notice.   

These include not being able to gain entry, no running water, no electricity, or no working air conditioning or heating. If we aren’t able to perform the service at no fault of our own, a cancellation fee may be charged.
